I’ve never had anything custom framed before. What is the process?

The best way to start is to visit us with your artwork where we can guide you though some framing options and describe the materials and techniques to use on your piece.

Many can find this first step a little intimidating – they are unsure of what to expect in terms of price, if they can freely express what they like or don’t like, some have even expressed that although what they want to frame is special to them, they are worried what the framer might think of it. Let me assure you that I (and I would suggest all my fellow framers) are keen to show we can do, hear your feedback and help you accordingly. Our design consultations are always free and without any obligation to proceed.

Although it is possible to give an indication of price over the phone, it can be very difficult (for any framer) to give a realistic estimate, be it on the high or low scale, without seeing the piece. We offer a free no obligation design service in store where we can give you a fixed and definitive price on a number of framing options at that time.
The length of time may vary depending on the complexity and our current volume of work but is routinely around the 2 week mark. If you need something sooner feel free to phone ahead and we can discuss some options.
Yes if your work is too large for your vehicle or perhaps too delicate for you to handle we offer a free collection/delivery service to the MacArthur area. Some size restrictions do apply for works over 2.5m by 1.5m.
